Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade from Collector to Elite at any time and the price difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate. Collector annual is $99, Elite annual is $199. Both save 17% compared to monthly billing. No hidden fees.
What happens when I cancel?
Your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period. Your vehicle records and documents remain accessible during that window. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days.
Is the AI assistant included at both tiers?
The AI ownership assistant is Elite-only. Collector membership includes the full digital garage, VIN history, maintenance tracking, and community access.
